Below are videos showing each step of the NAPPA production and expression process, hosted by a former postdoctoral fellow from our center Dr. Shane Miersch. This does not include DNA purification using the DNA factory and shows manual slide expression rather than using the HSPro; however, it will provide you with a good general idea of how the NAPPA process works.
